Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HSBR Tools (tools.hsbr.app), operated by HSBR Apps ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access;
• infringe others' intellectual property or privacy;
• resell or misrepresent the service.

3. Free and Pro plans

Core tools are free. Pro unlocks premium features and is billed in Indian Rupees (₹) as a one-time purchase per period (monthly or yearly) through Razorpay. Pro access is granted for the paid period and does not auto-renew unless stated at checkout. Coupon discounts, including 100%-off codes, are applied at checkout subject to their conditions.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Your content

Files and data you process in the tools stay on your device and are not uploaded to us, with the narrow exceptions listed in our Privacy Policy — chiefly our AI-assisted tools, which send the text you type into them to an AI provider in order to generate your document. You retain all rights to your content and are solely responsible for it.

5a. AI-assisted tools

Some tools use artificial intelligence to draft content, and are marked as such on screen. Because AI systems can be confidently wrong, anything they produce is a draft you must check before you use it. It is not professional, legal, financial, educational or medical advice, and it may contain errors or inaccuracies even when it reads convincingly. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before printing it, submitting it, or relying on it, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for your use of it. You must not use these tools to generate unlawful content, to impersonate anyone, or to produce academic work you then pass off as your own where that would break your school's or employer's rules.

6. Intellectual property

The HSBR Tools name, branding, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tool outputs (e.g. calculations, invoices, cheques, converted values) are for convenience only — you are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on them. We do not provide financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
